Our method
intro
In our practice you are always in direct contact with the GP, without the intervention of a doctor’s assistant. In this way the contact becomes more personal and efficient. Another advantage is that you never have to wait on hold. We work by appointments that you can schedule yourself, whether this is a consultation, by phone, or video call appointment. You can also always send us an e-consultation when it suits you.
You can arrange many things by ourself. You have access to your own medical file, read your results and repeat your medication online.
We will discuss each medical situation together with you to see how we can best approach it. If possible, we will help you directly by telephone or during a video call. You can also send an e-consultation, if needed with attached photo. Does your situation require an extensive consultation or a physical examination? Then you are welcome to make an appointment with us at the GP practice. If you are unable to come to the practice, we will visit you at home.
Via the personal portal you can plan appointments 24/7, repeat medication, view results and your own medical file.
Flexdokters working method
Our practice is affiliated with Flexdokters. A cooperative of general practitioner practices. This offers a number of advantages for both patient and GP, whereby the relationship between GP and patient is always paramount.
In a Flexdokters practice, patients have direct contact with the GP. Great, because this means you only have to tell your story once. Your question can often be answered immediately. If that is not possible? Then you make a follow-up appointment at the practice together with the GP. Handy, because this means you do not have to come to the practice for every question.
We ask you to schedule appointments yourself. Because we work by appointment only, there are hardly any waiting times and you will usually find a quiet waiting room. This ensures a lot of peace in the practice and during your consultation with the GP. Pleasant for you and for the GP.
Arrange yourself
You can arrange many things yourself online on this website. In order to help you as best as possible, we have clearly listed the most important information below.
– If you want to make an appointment with the GP, you can do so online yourself. This can be done at any time of the day and week. So you no longer have to wait on the phone or at the counter.
– You can also easily ask a question or send a photo via the website. Useful for non-urgent questions or if you want to send a photo of, for example, a spot on your skin.
– Request a repeat prescription, view your medical file or results? You no longer have to call the practice for this. You can arrange all of this via the website in the portal.
Method of regular check-ups
We work with Viduet
Some patients need regular check-ups. This applies, for example, to people with diabetes or asthma, or those taking medications that require annual blood tests. We ensure that these check-ups take place on time and are well prepared. The practice does this in collaboration with the company Viduet.
If this applies to you, Viduet will send you e-mail messages on behalf of the practice. This message may be, for example, an invitation to complete a medical questionnaire or a request for you to schedule an appointment with us. If the appointment also requires additional testing, such as blood tests, you will receive this invitation via the usual route. Patients who don’t have an email address will continue to receive a personal invitation.
FAQ
These frequently asked questions have been compiled based on questions we receive frequently. By providing the answers here, we save you the trouble of contacting us and we GPs have fewer interruptions in our work with patients. If you cannot find the answer to your question, you can ask the practice.
Why am I getting an email from Viduet?
How do I put my doctor's website on the home screen of my iPhone or iPad?
How do I put my doctor's website on the home screen of my Android phone?
How do I request my repeat medication?
