Looking for a GP in Barchem? GP practice De Weidse Blik will open on 2 January 2025. Please read this carefully and complete the registration form in full. You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail from the end of December, after we have checked your details. Have you not received a confirmation after January 10? If so, please contact us. Until 2 January, get used to your current GP. From 2 January, contact us. Fill in a separate form for each family member. It is also necessary for children to have a UNIQUE E-MAILADRES to create their own portal. This may be an alias of another mail address.
