Small-scaled, personal general practice in Barchem
On January 6, 2025, De Weidse Blik general practice will open its doors in Barchem, in ‘de Wingerd’. From mid-November, you can pre-register using the registration form via this website.
We are Akkelien de Vries and Claudia Bijen, experienced general practitioners with a passion for our profession. We stand for accessible and humane health care with you in charge of your own health. We are happy to help you on your way to optimal well-being. In addition to regular GP care, we focus on lifestyle and health promotion from the perspective of Positive Health.
Our small-scale practice works with 2 general practitioners and without a doctor’s assistant. In this way you always have direct personal contact with a GP. In addition, you can view your file yourself, view results and schedule appointments at a time that suits you.
One of us is present in the practice every working day. Akkelien works on Wednesday, Friday and Tuesday in the odd weeks. Claudia on Monday, Thursday and Tuesday in the even weeks.

General practice De Weidse Blik is located in ‘de Wingerd’, next to the church.
All consultations of patients with Dutch insurance are directly declared to the insurer. You can find the rates on the website of the Dutch Healthcare Authority, the NZa.
